DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we proudly ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Just browse our collection, select your favorite piece, and click “Buy Now.” Enter your shipping and payment details and you’re done — it’s that easy.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
You can email us at info@shoporavi.com or use the contact form on our website. We typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
ORDERING
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other major payment methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
Your card may have been declined due to incorrect billing info, insufficient funds, or bank restrictions. Try using another card or double-check your details.
CAN I APPLY A PROMO CODE TO MY ORDER?
Yes! If you have a valid promo code, enter it during checkout to apply the discount.
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON SALE ITEMS?
Most discount codes apply only to full-priced items unless stated otherwise. If your code isn’t working, check the terms or reach out to us.
CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not be possible once submitted. Email us at info@shoporavi.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our North American warehouses.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?
First, check around your delivery area or with neighbors. If you still don’t have it, email us at info@shoporavi.com and we’ll help track it down.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes. If your item is damaged or not as described, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT?
We want you to love your jewelry. If it doesn’t suit your style, just contact us and we’ll guide you through the return process.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
Email us at info@shoporavi.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with the return instructions.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. It may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?
Yes, most of our pieces are made from hypoallergenic materials like stainless steel and 925 sterling silver, perfect for sensitive skin.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN YOUR JEWELRY?
We use high-quality metals including stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-plated finishes. You’ll find material details on each product page.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
To extend the life of your jewelry, keep it away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry, cool place when not in use.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED PIECES?
Not at the moment, but we’re exploring customization options for future collections. Stay tuned!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout.
WHO PAYS CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED OR STUCK IN CUSTOMS?
Unfortunately, customs delays are outside our control. If your tracking hasn’t updated, contact us and we’ll assist however we can.
