To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right. In cases of damaged items, a video of the issue is required as soon as possible so the matter can be resolved promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, a new purchase can be made for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a notification will be sent to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
